Ashton and Brian were married in Salisbury, Maryland at Brian’s aunt’s house just off the Wicomico River.
Ashton didn’t want a typical white wedding dress, and instead wore a stunning gown adorned in plum purple and royal blue flowers. It was so pretty and a nice touch to their backyard wedding.
Their two daughters also matched mom’s dress with perfectly purple ruffled gowns and mini bouquets.
One of my favorite pieces at their wedding was a huge flower chandelier.
Brian’s aunt was worried that they wouldn’t like it, but it ended up being a huge hit and an awesome focal point under the huge tent.
Just off the backyard was a long pier were we took some of their wedding portraits. We also used the marshy river which had about a million lily pads perfectly placed as a background, but the best wedding photos were when they had the idea to do an exit photo in a blue convertible Mustang!
Brian and Ashton got the idea from Brian’s parents who did the same exit photo in a convertible many, many years prior. How sweet is that?
Congratulations to Brian, Ashton, and their beautiful daughters!
