To be eligible for a partial refund, you must notify the photographer within 24 hours of scheduled photo shoot. Wedding photography cancellations are subject to additional charges and are refunded on a case-by-case basis.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Physical products
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
